It certainly doesn’t feel like it’s been 7 years since I first started ADG (adult dyslexia group) and it’ll be back again in January for another year of drop in sessions and specialist stationery supplies. #WorkHardInSilence
I’ll have to get some posting boxes and increase what I was already budgeting for a post office run this week to send cards to friends abroad.

Saved me venturing out so early. Mum and Brian’s direct Leeds train got cancelled so they’re away now and having to change at Edinburgh instead of going direct to Leeds.

When I get home I’ll do today’s Lego advent calendar mini build. I didn’t forget this morning, I needed to be out fairly sharp for the trip to Livingston.

Queen by Candlelight at St Machar Cathedral was excellent tonight. Nice selection of Queen songs all performed by Grampian String Quartet.

Cinderella at HMT was excellent and wickedly funny. I keep randomly giggling at the donkey skit and the fittie fitba skit. We saw it last night.

Strasbourg fans were on mum and Brian’s train and they were really loud even though there wasn’t a lot of them. I take it that Aberdeen are at home to them at some point this week.

Had to remember to bring my meds and a bottle of water out with me because I won’t be home until the back of 10. Tea out then up to the theatre to see Cinderella.

The joys. I have a chest infection. Kinda glad I got it caught early enough before it runs me over completely. Now to try the other pharmacy in Torry for my antibiotics.

Lanes are outside “fixing” the blocked drains yet again. Pretty quick for turning up because I only phoned the council to report it around 11:45 but it is an emergency repair.

I actually read the expiry date as 3.12.25 (tomorrow) and it was only valid until 30.11.25
Crap. Back to walking everywhere and hoping that my legs don’t go (dyspraxia affects balance and mobility, it’s why I have a bus pass.)

Later on I’ll move my bed and sofa around to the “final” places in the big room then make a start on my little festive display. Mum and Brian are putting my tree up on the 12th because they’ve bought a decoration for it.
