#QISky I think this is the million dollar question! I think building trust that taking slightly longer will provide a more engaged workforce with higher chances of sustainability. And being honest with a participants up front about timescales has always worked for me

Collaboration and empathy are really strong values for me. I arrived at QI through IT Project management 15 years ago when pure Prince2 Project Management felt like it was missing the ‘people’ and ‘empowering’ elements.
