Woke at 00:30am. Couldn’t sleep anymore and anyway sleep was not that deep.

Woke at 00:30am. Couldn’t sleep anymore and anyway sleep was not that deep.

Went to Expo Day to get my BIB number, tshirt and some goodies.
All my gear is prepped and grab is booked for 2am.

Lately my FYP on TikTok has been filled with Olympians videos. And I love them ! These ELITE athletes are fun, goofy and having a blast ! They visibly enjoy themselves. It’s great to see the behind the scenes of this event they all prepared so hard for. Loving it.

Watched #TheRip yesterday. Pretty solid movie. Good to see Affleck and Damon together in the same movie. They have a real palpable chemistry since forever.

In other news (because my life doesn’t revolve around running), I’m almost done with the first draft of my picture book. And found an artists studio here in Bangkok that does absolutely stunning illustrations. Wanted to do them myself but after seeing their art, think it’s better to let them do it.

Beat my previous time (54mins VS 1hr2mins).
Also made 5 K in just 40 minutes.
Good run. Happy.
Even more happy that tomorrow is rest day … I’m exhausted.
