Totally fantastic. Couldn't believe the band that brought us 'Ring Ring' would ever bring us something as dark and twisted as this. Proof positive they were always far more than the disposable pop some quarters of the media chose to brand them x

Great review Simon. I only caught Beak> live once as part of a festival appearance they made at Greenman. The mixture of humour inbetween each song you mention, and the seriousness for the music was evident throughout and made for a great set. I'll look forward to what comes next from them x

Yeah featured the late Hiroshi Yoshimura many times when I was doing Electronic Odyssey. An artist I knew nothing of at the time of its release, but a firm favourite of mine nowadays x
