In the last month or so I’ve realised, or observed, three of my friends (who always hid this well it seems) being increasingly right wing. I am very centrist in my views and I have no issue with conservative views at all, right wing for me goes further than that. It’s upsetting, confusing and hard.

This is a phenomenal book by the brilliant Carlo Masala. It “war games” out what would happen if Russia wins in Ukraine with worrying outcomes. Based off of data & analysis the scenario incl plausible elements and really captures some of the political figures well.

Why your plans and playbooks need to be written so anyone can understand them. That may mean needing to more clearly defining terms like “urgent”.
