Despite childhood trauma, I don't think I have ever had long term depression. Anxiety, anhedonia and more, sure, but depression? Nope. Then the past year came along and I am pretty sure it's in the repertoire now. 2025 fucking sucks and I honestly don't know that I'll ever recover from it.

I have had that happen a couple of times as well. Earlier this week it shit the bed looking at data it hadn't recognized the connections between after I demanded repeatedly that it look harder and think more and it started spouting its own internal instructions back to me. It was a weird moment.

It's even more alarming when I asked ChatGPT to rank each of the 40 from 1-100 lowest to greatest danger. It's shocking how long it takes for the list to get below a danger level of 70. And these are all happening at once!
