Dragon Quest II HD-2D really turned dq2 from one of the worst DQs to one of the absolute best, my god. Easily the best of the Erdrick trilogy!!
In total, I spent 280 hours in these games, getting all 3 to 100% completion. Worth every second :)

Dragon Quest II HD-2D really turned dq2 from one of the worst DQs to one of the absolute best, my god. Easily the best of the Erdrick trilogy!!

Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D remake have been incredible games but I think it paints a very, very clear picture of just how stagnant the dq ost is. These games do so many things new, especially II, but all these sequences are stuck with the exact same music, and it is becoming stale.
