So I'm just going to pin this and add to it, probably daily.
Trump getting away with all his crimes is really unbearable.

"ice to ramp up raids by thanksgiving" okay so i underestimated the awfulness of the moment, a bunch of fucking ice goons are going to tear a bunch of families apart ON THANKSGIVING MORNING and then go home to the thanksgiving dinner table to celebrate their own family's immigrant origin stories
I have been actively watching contracts and surge funding over the last few days and what I would say to my friends in Baltimore is “be absolutely ready, right now.”
ICE poised to ramp up raids in Baltimore by Thanksgiving
The Trump administration has rush-ordered infrastructure to conduct raids, abduct residents, and detain people for months.

Xenophobia continues to make for poor economic policy.
🚨🚨Re #brexit there is not much new under the sun; it is still a cause of pain and misery and a massive drag on the UK economy which is costing Britain up to £90bn a year in lost tax revenues. 🧵 www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/poli...

THIS!

Until the EU and NATO take Putin as serious as he is seriously invading Europe, Russia has no reason to stop playing silly buggers.

Send in troops, fill Ukraine's skies with jets, drive the Russians out, then negotiate.
We still need to get from a situation where Russia pretends to negotiate to a situation where they need to negotiate.

I just went on your website senator and I can't find a single thing on there about how troops can decide if an order is illegal and how you will help them if they decide such a thing.

Maybe work on that before you do the talk show circuit?
What a week and it’s only Tuesday. See me on Jimmy Kimmel tonight to talk all about it.

For the record I am ALWAYS a tourist when abroad, be it work or vacation, travelling is hard, being a tourist means I get treated like a small lost child and will do all I can to get free stuff.
People who feel bad at being called tourists are without doubt the most tedious people on earth to get stuck next to on a plane and it isn't close to close
Tourists are an interesting group in that they consistently deny what we all know they are. I can’t think of anything that screams tourist more than reducing each experience down to charm bracelet size and wearing it around. If tourism is your thing, just embrace it!

Just call them Republicans, because Trump is their leader and he owns the party (and since Putin own Trump, him too) so that covers it.

Republicans are proud of this and him.

They view the Greens as a real threat and are now screaming and flinging shit.

Pope are chosen by God and Jesus!

But ignore them if you don't like what they say.

Wonderfully flexible theism they have.
In newly leaked audio, Peter Thiel admits he urged JD Vance to ignore Pope Leo XIV on moral questions — including the ethical development of AI.

He goes even further, branding Leo “the woke American pope” and suggesting he’s a tool of the Antichrist.

In a leaked lecture, Peter Thiel says he’s urged Vance to ignore the pope on moral questions — and simply pray for him.

If they brought banners saying genocide is bad the police would arrest them as terrorists.
It's looking as if the farmers protest in Whitehall today have ignored the police request not to bring their tractors.

Trump was yelling that Thanksgiving was the deadline and then he was told no by Ukraine and the rest of those not working for Putin “No, don’t be stupiid” and so now it’s not.
🤔 Rubio's arrival in Geneva has changed the tone and pace of peace talks - Politico

Driscoll spent two days in Geneva, pushing for Ukraine to adopt plan by Thanksgiving.

Rubio then joined the talks in person and softened Washington's approach and abandoned a hard deadline for Ukraine.

Putin purchase of the Republic Party is his only winning foreign policy and it really does seem to be enough to offset his other constant failures.
"I don't regard Putin as a bad guy."

- U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff

This should send shivers down the spine of Republican and Democratic members of Congress alike.

It's a 'perspective' not capable of negotiating for true U.S. interests.

Trump is dragging America into a war and this is his current operating level.
Pretty convincing evidence here that the Trump administration was planning to jailbreak and provide asylum for Bolsonaro -- and that Trump inadvertently revealed the plan.

And this, as the now-cliche goes, would have been a paralyzing scandal for any other administration.
Trump appears to blurt out secret plan, not knowing it's already a bust

RFK will never get tired of filling tiny coffins.
After two infants died, the Louisiana Dept of Health under the leadership of the new incoming deputy director of the CDC, delayed notifying the public for months of a whooping cough outbreak. Instead, he ordered DOH to stop promoting vaccines. Pertussis is currently a national health crisis.
Louisiana officials waited months to warn public of whooping cough outbreak
After a whooping cough outbreak killed two infants, Louisiana health officials waited months to officially alert physicians or do public outreach. That's not the typical public health response.
