IF THIS EXISTED ALL ALONG, WHY DON'T WE HAVE IT???
Omg, plastic kitchen foil in Japan is so much better than in Europe. What the hell... I didn't know it was possible to have foil that is easy to tear and doesn't break or stick at every move. 😲

Funding alert!
A new Royal Society independent postdoc fellowship scheme launches next week.
Lots of funding and very prestigious.
Only for applicants of black heritage.
Good to see the RS putting substantial money behind a plan to diversify research.

Y'know how in different countries things are different... And sometimes that's good, sometimes that's annoying, sometimes it's neutral... And sometimes it's WHY TF DON'T WE HAVE THAT?
Baby seats in public toilet stalls, as seen in Japan, is definitely within that final category.

Hey lovely people 👋🏽 I’m Clíona and I am a postdoc at Yale University. I combine virtual reality and neuroimaging in my research. My interests are in social interaction (with real and virtual humans) and I’m currently exploring psychological risk in the maternal brain! 🧠

Stayed up way too late to submit a grant, especially considering that I'm just recovering from a throat infection, BUT at least I get to enjoy tomorrow (the grant deadline AND our wedding anniversary) instead of stressing about the final details.
