Storm Anxiety: So, one thing that has proven helpful on days like today is to narrow our focus to things you can control. Casting a wide net for your emotions that includes what happens in MS/AL may not be healthy for you. Narrow your intake to your immediate surroundings.

Trump's attacks on the Department of Education should remind us never to elect to high office anyone without a stake in society. We suffered the same in the UK from 2010, when people who used private healthcare and private schools ripped up public services.
He's been feeling so much better, walking and gardening and not sleeping as much, much to be thankful for but anxiety about what comes next
Dad's 3 months scan results just came in after his ipi/nivo course, everything he had has got smaller, some by a little, some by a lot but he's also got new nodes in his lymph node, small bowel and retroperitoneal nodes and one in his lungs has grown. #KidneyCancer
