The president’s threats to invade an ally and destroy America’s national security standing over a peace prize snub are also no doubt grounds for impeachment, but they’re more than that. They’re evidence of a man who is simply not able to lead this country. He Needs to go.

The responsibility for a shutdown is always shared, but the party that controls the Presidency and both houses of Congress (currently the GOP) bears the brunt of it because they're the ones who ultimately have to manage the legislative process and present a bill that can actually pass.

The House GOP (most of whom haven't shown up for work since 9/19 -that's over four weeks now) passed a CR with controversial cuts (like to Medicaid) and now they’re blaming Democrats for not rubber-stamping it. That’s not how compromise works.
