Being an artist is being humble over and over. Not even in a bad way of being "humiliated" but trying something new, trying to grow, is accepting you aren't where you need to be. Accepting making "ugly" failed attempts. But it is sort of freeing.

Tbf, the only way we could even see anything was on the screens around the venue. It did feel kind of silly to have watched it on the screen, especially when walking back to the car, the sound and view of the screen was much better than inside the venue.

You could always make basket pendants!!!
But I agree with the casted band.
Thankfully wax carving something like a band is a great way to get practice! If you want tips I’m more than happy to share.
Alternatively if you have access to a company like stuller you could order a premade band.
