The word “judgments” is doing a lot of work when used to describe Trump’s actions. Besides, if they were being honest, everyone knows all this is being done by President Miller. Trump plays golf & gives speeches.

These judges seem to be deferring to the OFFICE of the President while the lower court federal judges seem to be basing decisions on the legal arguments of the case & recognizing that even a President’s order can be contrary to law & the Constitution.
They’re obviously NOT working any “undercover” gig in those outfits, so they’re upset he’s letting people know they’re in the neighborhood because people will stay indoors to avoid being kidnapped which means kidnapping people off the street is their “investigation.”
So, Tik Tok is saying that this action by agents of the federal government cannot be shown on their platform because, using their criteria, viewing it can be harmful & upsetting to some viewers because their actions are violent?
Besides ruling on the legal merits of a case, these judges don’t defer to Trump because he’s President while appeal courts & SCOTUS seem to be deferring to the OFFICE of the President, ignoring that the man in the office is behaving irrationally, illogically, & illegally.
Yea, threats of violence are disgusting, but Bondi makes it a photo op instead of a serious comment. If she was serious, she would’ve commented about how she finds the many threats Democrats have received are also horrific.
They are not planning "a violent crackdown" on 10.18. What they are doing is sending a signal to their shock troops to try to cause havoc. But those shock troops will be vastly outnumbered. Go out and protest freely. Do not be cowed.

The stated justification for his arrest is a stretch for anyone except those who are rabid admirers of Kirk and/or Trump. But in TN, there are a lot of those admirers and the state’s not known for its democracy or democratic institutions.
But we won’t raise taxes on the rich. In fact, we just gave them a HUGE tax break & better exemptions through our Big Beautiful Bill passed using the rescission process. We don’t know why won’t Democrats trust us. 🤷🏻♀️
So this IL Hospital Association memo describes an incident where ICE detained a US citizen, gave them HEART PROBLEMS, took them to a hospital where the fought with medical personnel, then left when they realized they detained a CITIZEN.
Hope these agents all have good personal attorneys cuz if they take extreme actions, they’re most likely gonna need ‘em. This memo doesn’t give them immunity to break the law.
