i'm pretty happy to finally be working on midnight killers stuff again though, i know i'm still months to years away from actually making and releasing that visual novel style game i want to make with them but just drawing these characters again is such a treat. ive missed them

I also only had the realization like last week after having his design like this since 2016 but Vernon literally looks like those Purple Guy interpretations back during the Rebornica era and i can't believe i never noticed until now. i mean look at him i even gave him a purple jacket

I was gonna make a joke about how Vernon is the only guy in midnight killers who would go through a joker arc but technically he's in the middle of it in the story/game. and he's been in his joker arc for like 10 years
