This is something I talked with Kartily recently, a phenomenon she called "the lacking artist", the ones who replace other fields with AI: the writer using AI for illustrations, the visual artist using AI for narration, and so on... Instead of making it a chance for a neat collaboration.

I opened one of the many job-searching websites I have an account on. Not gonna lie: checking past submissions and seeing some of them from almost a year ago with no answer whatsoever kinda depressed me.

So... Today my retail job came to an end. I know many people here have opinions about working in retail, but I needed this experience, and I think I did well. I hope to secure a definitive job soon.

Sorry for the radio silence, but these days I've been working at the mall selling speakers and headphones.
For the first time in ages, I have an actual job (even if it's temporary for the holidays) instead of speculative gigs.

I've already had a hard time finding a job. This makes it more difficult. If I don't get a stable one until March, I'm cooked.

A great thing here is that CVs aren't required to include a photo to avoid discrimination.
Of course, companies found a workaround: on internet, they ask for videos of presentation. Yikes.
