Yeah! Winter is very pragmatic, and given he likely has seen Rolim fight already, he is kind of impressed, even more so now knowing it wasn't at full strength. He is miffed that this hasn't come out earlier, tho. But he will calm down rather quickly and then be very interested in this all. HOWEVER-

I could see it different ways, like one way being shedding during the growth process, and once they are adults they shed more rarely
or scales hardening into the harder plates only in adulthood, perhaps. things to think about

I see so many flaws 😫 but it was done in a day (which is quick for me) & I was trying something new, so it's still an achievement! 😤

Yes, Dren and Karlach got into a really rough patch after meeting Gort. In Dren's canon, he takes Gort's deal, hence him looking for the prism. As companion, it can even happen that he leaves the party depending on Tav's choices! The Gort decision can even lead to him embracing Bhaal
