Today I got to be part of panel of other Massachusetts Tribal members as part of a conference at Harvard on repair and responsibility. If nothing else I’m proud of the response we got particularly from Native attendees.

Also I’m wearing a beaded medallion my stepmom made for me when I graduated college and it’s a good reminder of what I’m here for!

Overheard at the airport— two women discussing whether or not people should work on vacation. And while I do agree you should set boundaries— some people are not given the affordance to take breaks— and I think that we need to talk more about that
