far and away my most hated software trend of the last 3 years is bundling old, useful features alongside LLM horseshit i don't want and putting them all under one fucking setting.

between pharmacy bullshit and how long turnaround clarifications from this busy ass MD are, we're 3 weeks past and i still don't know when i'll be able to get this shit and if i'll have to pay $80 a month out of pocket or not for it
