Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.

To be clear, "fog of war" is not a legal or ethical defense, but a military concept that describes the difficulties of decision-making when information is incomplete or unclear. Hegseth may think he's making an excuse, but what he really did was make an admission.

They will willingly and happily throw anyone under the bus to save themselves. This admiral needs to speak out but they probably already forced him to sign a NDA. Probably threatening him and his family to take whatever happens and roll with it even if it’s a prison term.
