Qatar should know: The Shoshone largely gave up land around Boise in 1864, when the Boise Shoshone tribe signed an unratified treaty with the Idaho territorial governor, and in 1869, when cavalry forcibly removed remaining tribal people from the area following gold discovery. Treaty never ratified.

I hear an ethics complaint was filed with the FL Bar. Roughly 70 law professors, attorneys, and former Florida Supreme Court justices Barbara J. Pariente and Peggy A. Quince have banded together to file the ethics complaint accusing her of "serious professional misconduct" in her current job.

Oh, I’ve got questions. I remember when she was a state’s attorney in Hillsborough County, Florida. Suing the people who wanted their dog back after Katrina. Then as FL-AG, using state funds to attack LGBTQ folks and ignore Trump College victims.

Your daily gentle reminder that Stephen Miller never served or was ever elected to any public office ever. If he can’t understand that state police may be prevented by law from ”assisting” ICE, he shouldn’t be making decisions.

Make of this what you will but over on twitter major MAGA accounts want Chicago PD they say didn't help ICE "rounded up" and are doxing CPD commanders. I note this not to suggest sympathy for CPD but to point to a fault line.
