My muscle gain has outpaced my weight loss which makes the numbers look really stupid in my records. I'm back down to about the same size as I was pre-covid when I had almost reached my goal weight even though I'm 4 or 5 lbs heavier.

Brother im exhausted, ive only been up for 3 hours but everytime i blink it takes a full 10 seconds to open and focus my eyes again. It's not good.
