A heads up to @seancarlsen.bsky.social and @louisejameson.bsky.social in particular (as well as Miles Richardson, but he doesn’t seem to be on BlueSky?) that I’ve tested positive for COVID, since I spoke with and took photos with each of you without a mask during Gally.

I got COVID from #gally1 even though I was wearing a mask most of the time (and am up to date on COVID vaccines), so I’d recommend testing if you’re able!

I tested negative yesterday evening after symptoms started, but positive this evening.

For those who were at Gallifrey One, isolated reports are starting to come in that folks who were at the convention have tested positive for COVID-19. If you have tests handy, you may want to consider testing (and if you test negative today, test again in a couple of days).

To my fellow #gally1 attendees: I’ve tested positive for COVID. 😔

I was masking most of the time at the convention, but not for photos or when speaking to guests in autograph lines.

My symptoms started Monday evening, but I tested negative then—positive test was just now.
