Personal curiosity, have considered, even for just a moment, the option of forking the Chromium engine and keep developing it your own way?
I was wondering about this as Google keeps imposing their own restrictions, affecting all Chromium-based browsers as a result.

If you're using Steam, there are a bunch of curator lists for that purpose. They're user run and wdon't catch everything but they're a good guide. I personally trust this one 'cause it notes false flags and comes with the occassional very human snark:
