Over 1,000 Ubisoft workers around the world have walked off the job.
In response to a return-to-office mandate, layoffs, and the cancellation of several games, workers launched a three-day strike.
The workers walked out in response to five French unions issuing the strike call.

Sending love to any fellow composers (or anyone really!) who was able to do their craft as their full-time job for awhile but had to go back to having a day job due to the state of things. This is something I constantly have a lot of weird feelings about despite actually really liking my day job!

PS don't worry I'm still a Cubase girlie. I just figured it would be good to know how to use a DAW that doesn't cost $500 that I can then have my music composition students use

Keep in mind that I did this as a way to help with my lack of motivation caused by my ADHD, so it’s actually ableist if you don’t reply with a pet photo. Thank you
