건강 챙기려고 집밥 해먹는데 오늘은 콩나물솥밥을 해서 먹었다. 콩불하는데 콩나물이 애매하게 남아서 했는데 넘 맛있네. 나를 살뜰히 먹이고 재우며 잡생각 안 하려 하는중. 리틀포레스트에서 왜 요리를 만들어서 먹는게 힐링됐는지 체험중. 요리할 땐 잡념이 사라지고 건강한 음식을 내가 나한테 해서 먹었다는게 묘하게 만족스러움.
