Health Canada released the What We Heard report from its national conversation on advance requests for MAiD. It doesn't make recommendations, and it doesn’t change the law. It’s a reflection of what people in Canada said—and the concerns they raised—when it comes to advance requests for MAiD.

That post by Kelsi is extra frustrating for two reasons. First because what that person did has nothing to do with MAiD at all. And second, the reason the trial has been delayed is because the prosecutors have asked the courts if they can charge that person with murder (as they probably should)....
