Why do some people feel lonelier than others? Drawing on 441 effects, our meta-analysis shows a clear link between insecure attachment orientations (anxious or avoidant) and loneliness (r= .38).

Viel hilft viel? Was das Thema #Einsamkeit angeht, scheint es gerade ein Missverständnis zu geben.

Auf der einen Seite sind über die letzten Jahre unheimlich viele Aktionen, Initiativen und Vereine, aber auch soziale Netzwerke entstanden die alle nur ein Ziel haben: Einsamkeit bekämpfen.
