I'm convinced that 6 of the SCOTUS are suffering from Institutional Arrogance. Their extreme hubris will never allow them to be introspective.

Many, many in Congress fit this mold too. Our system gives people far far too much power, thus—when power goes to the head, it leaves the heart behind.
