Frankly, we couldn't have done it without you Cody.
Together, we saw 65 voice actors (and a dog(yes, really)) as characters across over 20 visual novels. I think this may have been our community's biggest push for the advancement for creating opportunities for VNDevs and voice actors.

It's been so awesome seeing submissions for Raise Your Voice Jam roll in! Devs are breathing new life into their previous jam games by adding VO. It's the first jam I've helped run, and it went surprisingly smooth

Depends on what your goals are with it, honestly. I like to give most of ours a lead time of around a month and a half.

When you've been running and judging for jams for nearly a decade, you learn to either optimize your workflow, or get real comfortable with bulk downloading.

That's not to say my transition and gender aren't important to me, but after I figured it out and started hormones it just feels like a settled matter that doesn't need my constant attention.

I actively don't care about other people's gender. I barely care about my own. If someone asks me without context "What are are you?", I will immediately respond "A visual novel dev" or "a programmer" or "A community manager", or "Human, just like you" or "Esper control player" or "A forever DM"
One of the most pernicious cissexual myths is that **trans ppl** are obsessed w gender when the average cis woman would never think of wearing a bow tie and the average cis man gets angry if he has to drink out of a coffee cup w too many dainty flowers glazed on it.
trans people just want to be able to live their lives and cis people are like "due to this we need to do mandatory genital inspections to children playing sports". im sorry but the problem is cis people

The limit is mostly there to curb abuse of VAs and prevent devs from over scoping.
