The 49ers make the cross-country trek to take on the Buccaneers in a clash of 4-1 clubs. (CBS/Paramount+, Oct. 12 @ 4:25 PM ET). San Francisco and Tampa Bay come off impressive road triumphs. The Niners stunned the Rams 26-23 in overtime, while the Bucs surprised the Seahawks 38-35.

The Ravens host Matthew Stafford and the Rams in Week 6. Baltimore’s season is already on life support after falling to 1-4 with a 44-10 home defeat by Houston, and the Ravens remain without injured superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Carolina hosts Dallas. Dak Prescott’s four TD passes led the Cowboys past the Jets, 37-22 in Week 5. The Panthers erased a 17-0 deficit to come back and beat the Dolphins 27-24. Former Cowboy Rico Dowdle ran for 206 yards and a score in the win.
Arizona Cardinals at Indianapolis Colts [FOX, 1:00p (ET)]

Marvin Harrison Jr. and the Cardinals visit the Colts. Marvin Harrison Sr. spent 13 seasons with Indianapolis, racking up 128 touchdowns during a Hall of Fame career. Daniel Jones has Indianapolis at 4-1 after a 40-6 beatdown of Las Vegas in Week 5.
Seattle Seahawks at Jacksonville Jaguars [FOX, 1:00p (ET)]

High-flying offenses collide as Sam Darnold’s Seahawks visit Trevor Lawrence’s Jaguars. Lawrence rushed for two scores as Jacksonville stunned Kansas City 31-28 on Oct. 6. Darnold threw for 341 yards and four TDs in a shootout loss to Tampa Bay.
Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins [CBS, 1:00p (ET)]

The Chargers (3-2) try to get back on track when they visit the Dolphins (1-4) in Week 6. Los Angeles dropped its second straight following a 3-0 start, 27-10 at home against Washington on Oct. 5. Miami’s first win came in its last home contest.
New England Patriots at New Orleans Saints [CBS, 1:00p (ET)/12:00p (CT)]

New Orleans (1-4) hosts New England (3-2). The Patriots handed the AFC East rival Bills their first loss of 2025 with a 23-20 verdict on Sunday Night Football in Week 5. The Saints earned their first win of the season by defeating the Giants 26-14.
Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers [CBS, 1:00p (ET)]
Announcers: Ian Eagle, JJ Watt, Evan Washburn
The Steelers (3-1) seek their 22nd straight regular-season victory at home over the Browns (1-4). Cleveland won at Pittsburgh 48-37 in a 2020 wild-card game. A rejuvenated Aaron Rodgers passed for eight touchdowns before the Steelers’ bye in Week 5.
Tennessee Titans at Las Vegas Raiders [FOX, 4:05p (ET)/1:05p (PT)]

The Titans wrap up a run of three straight road games by facing the Raiders. Tennessee snapped a 10-game slide dating back to last season by engineering a wild comeback to beat Arizona 22-21 in Week 5. Tony Pollard (TEN) rushed for 67 yards and a TD.
Cincinnati Bengals at Green Bay Packers [CBS, 4:25p (ET)/3:25p (CT)]

Micah Parsons and the Packers (2-1-1) welcome the Bengals (2-3) to Lambeau Field. Green Bay has been off since a 40-40 tie with Dallas in Week 4. Cincinnati fell to 0-3 under quarterback Jake Browning following a 37-24 setback to Detroit at home.
