These guys are a local group. They do the logs like normal, and spreadable ones. This one was garlic and herb, but we scooped an everything bagel one that's super good too (but a little salty)

I have a little ring that I put on the skillet so the egg keeps shape. This is also a thinner kinda spreadable goat cheese, so I spread it on the bottom, then the hot egg melts it some in the bread 😋
