Lovely 5km run around Inverbroom on Tuesday with Bruce Wilson from the Scottish Wildlife Trust.

The Trust were gifted the estate earlier this year, so it was great to hear about plans for nature restoration and the potential for social prescribing & housing. 1/2

Lots of laughter, chat and catching up with old friends.
