All the best days start with a #dailymile

Day 2 at at the SNP conference almost done. There’s been plenty of passion & energy for shaping our own destiny.

The fresh start we need is independence!

What a delight to celebrate the opening of the Old Clyne School in Brora yesterday.

Newly renovated new home to the Clyne Heritage Society.

A tough project to complete - the team should be very proud to see their vision & hard work come to life & get the royal seal of approval. 1/2

Lovely 5km run around Inverbroom on Tuesday with Bruce Wilson from the Scottish Wildlife Trust.

The Trust were gifted the estate earlier this year, so it was great to hear about plans for nature restoration and the potential for social prescribing & housing. 1/2

We had a fab day at the Durness Games yesterday. An idyllic setting for a Highland Games & a mighty sporting contest!

Lots of laughter, chat and catching up with old friends.

Despite the overcast skies & the breeze (which kept the midges at bay) I went home sun kissed!
