The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins is a book you have never read before and probably never will again. This was a story of EPIC proportions, and I weeped and cheered on multiple occasions. You will not be able to put this one down until you’re finished, it’s just that good. A new favorite!

Delightful, moving and funny as hell, I couldn’t put this book down. Marnie was probably the funniest character I’ve ever read. David Nicholls has incredible wit, and I can see him quickly becoming a favorite of mine. This book is everything I needed in my life right now. #books

To the vaults with @jeffvandermeer.bsky.social - who gave me his time and expertise in Weird fiction back in 2021.

We talked about his work as a whole, but specifically his eco-crisis pre-apocalyptic novel HUMMINGBIRD SALAMANDER.

And we caught real murder live on audio!!
