When an organism lives inside another organism, it is called inquilinism. Modern giant clams have shrimp specially adapted to live in their gill cavity. @paleoadiel.bsky.social and colleagues described inquiline shrimp in the body cavity of giant Cretaceous inoceramid bivalves! (224)

We've got painted ones here and they just lead to pedestrians being run over by cyclist lol
My new Zoanthid coral came with an Asterina starfish. This is why you quarantine your corals folks! Well, except if you're me—I hope to adopt a pair of harlequin shrimp soon, which exclusively eat starfish. Go forth and multiply, little Asterina.
