I have never pirated a book in my life. I have a kick-ass library who will get what I request in 90% of the time (the remaining 10% means the press is too small or too hard to get). I have the grown-up ability to purchase books at my local bookseller. I do not understand why you would pirate books.

Libraries are free for you to use, serve the public good, are great, support creators financially and, I cannot be clear enough about this-- ARE FREE FOR YOU TO USE-- so pirating books makes you kind of an asshole, not some Marxist revolutionary.

If the book you want isn't there *request it.*

Canada, my loves, don't forget we have to purge these assholes from our own country too.
Growing white nationalist group behind broad daylight demonstration in London on Sunday | CBC News

Annoying Music Guys have found this and introduced a "well, actually, technically, The Velvet Underground" statement into the good time we were having and I just want to remind people that you don't have to live like this. Please consult a priest about your personality.

I'm turning another year older on Thursday and while I was spending four hours on Saturday getting tattooed, I wanted to cry with how far I've come in my life and how much more I've ever felt being my truest self despite having a mean brain.

This continues to bug me as a Canadian. US politicians are being either obtuse or just idiotic. If you refuse to reckon with the annexation threats or the very real possibility that Canadians don't want to be thrown in ICE facilities, I refuse to feel bad for your economies.

That's Carney saying we do not have a feminist foreign policy.

If you're doing a "Well, actually..." on me right now, you've been brain rotted by partisanship and you're engaging in bad faith debating.

With its future uncertain, should the NDP pursue power or principles?
After near electoral collapse in the most recent federal election, should the NDP shift left with bold, systemic proposals, or focus on pragmatic gains and achieving power?
