for those (like me) unfamiliar with AFP Fact Check, it's a department within Agence France-Presse, a multilingual news agency guaranteed independence under French law. (yeah, I know we have the First Amendment here in the USA. um.)
A terrific AFP fact check uses reverse image searches to expose how a White House video took scenes from Florida, Texas, South Carolina and Nebraska and lied that they showed "Chicago is in chaos."

We cannot condone political violence.
That said, it’s important to remember that Republicans have demanded that the Second Amendment be interpreted to mean anyone who wants a gun can get one, including assault weapons.
As Charlie Kirk recognized, that comes with a downside.
