The Wooly Willy magnet/iron filings toy, where you use a magnet wand to drag the iron filings over a bald face to add hair/beard/eyebrows, etc. The hairless face in the centre is now (supposed to be) David Bowie, and the examples of what can be done, which are shown around the border, are all different Bowie eras/personas. The toy is now called Wiggy Ziggy. The blurb at the bottom reads "Turn those ashes to 'taches with the magic wand" and "Instructions on back for absolute beginners".
