I was the first 3-star commander when the forces were decreased. Two others followed, then when Russian invaded Ukraine is was raised back go a 4-star. I’d say it doesn’t matter the rank, it’s the understanding of the alliance.

The Moldovan elections were extremely important. In fact, many of us (me included) who follow Russia believe that had they been successful in Ukraine, they would have rolled into Chisinau.
