This decision is wrong on the law, wrong on the science, and wrong on the economics.
Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

NPR reports DOE is weakening safety and security rules for nuclear reactors at DOE sites. This is shortsighted. It also sets a precedent the NRC will have to follow, according to a May 2025 Executive Order. www.npr.org/2026/01/28/n...
The Trump administration has secretly rewritten nuclear safety rules
The rewrite was done to speed up the construction of a new generation of nuclear reactors. Critics warn it could compromise safety and public trust.

My law firm sent demand letter on behalf of @thesteadystate.org to DHS to seek renouncement of statements by Border Patrol official Greg Bovino that there will be “consequences” for those who exercise 1st Amendment protected activity.
