Correction: it wasn’t even my insurance who notified me. It was my psychiatrist’s office, who just found out themselves. So if my psychiatrist hadn’t gone out of there way to send everyone a letter, I still wouldn’t know.

I love not being notified until the end of the year that I need to find a new psychiatrist who can see me starting January. As if this isn’t the hardest time of the year to find mental health providers. Thanks, insurance, for no longer accepting the psychiatrist I’ve been seeing for 10+ years.
