She gave the wrong instructions of how to use insulin pen.
Just found out how to use it correctly after I asked another pharmacist today and confirmed it with internist.
No wonder my dad's blood sugar is still high. 🙄

After consultation with medical staff, it's more to alergic reaction to analgesic cream that caused burned like wound, but as the foot is swollen because of rheumatics and his diabetes, I was told to be cautious.
