did so much thanksgiving prep that i didn’t feel like making dinner so tonight’s meal is: white wine (lots), charcuterie scraps, and an oatmeal cream pie that is in the pantry.

needed to open a bottle of white wine to use a little for one of the recipes i’m prepping for tomorrow and now i have 3/4 of a bottle of white wine open. looks like i am forced to drink white wine. my hands are tied.
