MA #climate law requires "all state agencies" to plan for "net zero" emissions by 2050.

But MassDOT's environmental filings for the Cape Cod bridges indicate that it will miss that target by a dangerous margin. Read our report here:

Obviously, it's much harder to find housing than it is to find a parking space.

And yet, whenever someone builds a new parking lot, nobody ever wrings their hands to wonder where the drivers are going to live.
