I mean, merge it with the Batman idea, it's the Multiverse Pirate Gathering, so we get a meeting of Captain Hook and The Pirate King and Davy Jones and Long John Silver (Tim Curry version, naturally), and Captain Feathersword and a very confused AI programmer etc all gather to discuss Pirate stuff.

That said, they did allow the company to do away with popular but problematic gimmicks (Godfather, Venus, Billy Gunn's ass obsession, The Kat) at a time they needed to pull back on it.

For those too young to remember, the PTC was a right-wing media watchdog group that complained about SINFUL TV and drove Vince so crazy he started a parody stable called "Right to Censor" which included the Godfather becoming the GOODfather.

Quick follow-up: I called the game Death Loop as a reference to the wrestling tour the PCs are on. I've just realised that in my idea, the spirits of the dead are stuck reliving key moments of their life. The dead in a loop.
