I cant for the life of me explain the spots of Sheary and Perreault.
I'll be the first to admit I've written Othmann off. He had a pretty decent opportunity last year and did nothing with it. He's not noticeable when he's on the ice. Feels like this coaching staff doesn't see much in him either. Feels like this ends w/ him being part of a move.

Last night's game felt like there would be some sort of fall out. Makes sense to bring Gabe up (especially from the reports of his play in the AHL). I would have said Othmann would never play another game here after that Calgary game, but here we are. These really feels like his last hurrah.

Obviously it could be a massive coincidence but if Mika’s absence has anything to do with Kreider, waive him tomorrow.

I don't think I'll be super emotional about the game tonight. Will be weird seeing Kreider in a different jersey. I appreciate all those memories, but we've been through it with guys from his era before. But yeah, this isn't Messier coming back in 97 or seeing Leetch in a Bruins jersey.
