Seems to me like an extreme overuse of presidential powers. Especially declaring a "national energy emergency" to encourage drilling for more oil, when we are already providing more crude oil than any other nation...

Seems to me like an extreme overuse of presidential powers. Especially declaring a "national energy emergency" to encourage drilling for more oil, when we are already providing more crude oil than any other nation...
