Our Primary School's Health Promotion Officer recently delivered staff training for our new Self-Compassion Programme, SELFIE STARS, in Mulranny NS.

Selfie Stars consists of 8 lessons for primary schools on the topic of self-compassion.

Massive thank you to Paul Hogan who completed the Wild Atlantic Ultra at the end of May this year whilst raising money for the Association.

In total Paul raised a significant €2,121.67 and has asked that all monies raised go towards supporting our Schools' Education Programme 🤗
