They’re going to have to hope their race pace can carry them ahead of Verstappen now, with one less pit stop to do….

That was about half a second!

In terms of guaranteed points lost where the driver is absolutely blameless;
Verstappen: 0
Piastri: 12
Norris: 36
That’s pretty crazy.

I swear this season every error/moment of imperfection from both Norris and Piastri has been over-analysed and sensationalised in a way we’ve never seen before. It’s a joke.

All I really want from tomorrow is Lando outscores Max and puts him out of contention.

He first won a Grand Prix when kids were destroying the family computer with Limewire.
Now he’s 44 years old and you’d STILL count on him for a result if there’s a chance. Madness.

And I wonder why I never have any spare cash…😅
I’ve only ever owned three cars because I’ve been driving since 2003 and owned a 2001 Honda CR-V, a 2009 Honda CR-V (which is now my sister-in-law’s), and a 2019 Subaru Ascent when we started needing to bring kids

Can’t decide if it’s a good decision or not…not having Newey focused purely on car design is a risk, but…maybe he has the perfect brain to be a great TP. Time will tell.

Feels underdeveloped and not what was promised. For a full price game in 2025, it’s…poor.
There’s a great game in there with enough improvements and I might try again if things change in 6/12 months, but as of now, don’t waste your money.

…I’d be sticking two fingers up to Lawrence Stroll and walking off into a well-earned retirement.

Verstappen -366
Piastri - 366
It’s closer, but we’re heading to two tracks which should suit McLaren very well.
All Lando has to do to win the championship a race early is outscore Max and Oscar by a point across the sprint and race.

Even if they did, if Piastri can’t recover from it then he doesn’t have the mentality to be a top-level F1 driver.
Which I don’t believe is the case; he IS a top-level driver, he’s just going through a patch of poor form and succumbing to pressure.
