In Scotland, if a woman is raped there is only a 10% chance of prosecution. Even then, if that woman is the only complainant against a man with no other charges or convictions, there is a less than 25% chance of conviction.

The courts want to make that even lower.

As far as breezes are concerned, looks as if we're in for a bit of a stiffie at the weekend.
