On Thursday we had to merge our groups for some reason. At the end of first hour there was a lady, whom out of the blue said, “Look at my giant cat. Look at him! He is huge & lets me rub his belly & most cats don’t let you do that. I love him.” Those moments, are what gives me hope in humanity.

I think I dissociated today in my trauma group art therapy hour. We were doing a guided meditation & the guide stared talking about hugging your inner child… I don’t remember any of that part. Only realized it when others were talking about it. Freaking awesome! I’m totally not broken at all.

Another beautiful vintage piece, white washed wrecked. A swift kick in the shin & straight to decor jail for the crime! I wonder if it was walnut or mahogany? I could restore it… mb. Ugh those deets! Add a face slap at sentencing for imprudence! They are asking way too much to mend integrity.
